Your First Visit

When you walkinto the library, let the library staff
know that you are there for your because you matter appointment. You don't need to
give the staff person any other
information. They'll show you
to the room for your appointment and make sure the computer
is set up. The staff person
will leave the room before you
start your appointment. Just make sure the door is closed for privacy. If it's your first
appointment, the student practitioner
will review the confidentiality and privacy agreements
with you. Then they'll ask you
questions to better understand your
situation and decide how they
can help you. Each appointment can
last up to 50 min. At the end of
your session, your student practitioner
will invite you to come back for a
follow-up if needed. You will schedule
it by talking with the library staff. Now that you know
